FRS Builders was founded in 2019 on the principle of building custom homes and renovations at the highest quality possible. We pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of the building industry by keeping up with the latest products and methods to build high quality homes.

Our founder, Andy Steele, has been working in the construction industry since 2006, where he began as a laborer for a custom home builder. From there Andy worked as a project manager and senior project manager for a national renovation contractor, leading a team of 13 project managers across 4 states.

Not only is Andy working in the field every day, he is also constantly researching and learning new building methods, materials, and attending conferences. The building industry changes very rapidly. We believe that it’s important to keep up with the latest developments to determine which products and methods will stand the test of time, and which ones will not.
